Cancellation policy

Bookings are non-refundable

All bookings are non-refundable. Class sizes are small and your space is held for you, so once you have booked and paid for a class I can't usually offer a refund or a credit if you are unable to come.

If I am able to fill your space with someone else, you can choose between a refund and a place in another class.

Classes take place at a set date and time, so the 14-day right to cancel that applies to some online purchases does not apply to class bookings.

If you can't make it

Please let me know as soon as you can, so that your space can be offered to someone else. If it is taken, I will be in touch about your refund or another class. Otherwise a booking can't be moved to another class, or passed on to another person, unless I have agreed to it beforehand.

If I have to cancel or change a class

Occasionally I may need to cancel a class, or change its time or venue, for example because of illness or a problem with the venue. I will tell you as soon as I can, using the email address you booked with.

If I cancel a class, or change it so that you can no longer come, you can choose between a full refund and a place in another class.

Arriving late

For everyone's safety, I may not be able to let you join once a class has started. A class missed by arriving late is not refunded.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
